Such a nice surprise to have Nick and his mom drive through Lexington on their way to NYC FROM LA... ha! Quite the trip and they still managed to stop for coffee in Lex! Had a great chat and I realized that Nick, who is most definitely a kindred spirit, is also the perfect friend for a roamer like me... we met in LA and since then have met up in Chicago, Washington DC (twice) and Lexington... US Tour of friendship right there! He is now stealing my dream out from under me and taking NYU by storm for Law School, which means we will almost certainly add NYC to the list next!

Even though we lost, it was a win for me because I got to watch Tayshaun and my old favorites play and it was such a good experience to share with my daddy. :)
